Najarra Townsend

Najarra was aware of what she wished to do with her life at the age of was three. Najarra began modeling and perform in stage productions in the community she lived in. In her youth and teen years, Najarra was a major participant in the stage and musical performances. Ten years ago, she made her first big screen appearance co-starring in the movie "Menace". Najarra gained international attention for her role in the Sundance and Cannes Award-winning "Me and You and All the People We are", in 2005. Najarra played the main character in a number of films including "Tru In Love" and 'Marin Blue', & "Betty I am". In 2014, the public got to see a new side of the actress's youthful self in"Contracted," an IFC Midnight horror hit "Contracted".
